A Barnsley chop is a cross-section taken from right across the lamb's loin. This produces a double-sided chop with a bone in the middle and a little fillet underneath and are a hearty, quick and flavoursome meal any day of the week.  

 

Our grass fed Llyen and Blue Texels roam freely in the fields in and around the farm, always grazing on the feritle grassland producing juicy and nutitious lamb.
