Our hand reared pork produces amazing Gammon. Cured using a traditional dry salting method which packs in the flavour then skillfully prepared by the local butcher.
The combination of the curing, skilled butchery and the quality of our outdoor reared Saddlebacks makes our gammon delicious and wonderfully tender.
