Lamb neck is a fabulously underrated and inexpensive cut of lamb. It is a tough cut that needs very long, slow cooking. Making the most of all the lamb, cook them on the bone in a casserole with root vegetables and served with fluffy mash potato for a lovely winter-style meal.
Our grass fed Llyen and Blue Texels roam freely in the fields in and around the farm, always grazing on the feritle grassland producing juicy and nutitious lamb.
