Where do we deliver?
We deliver to the whole of the UK excluding the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland.
When do we deliver?
We deliver nationwide on xxxxxxxxxx using DHL, our courier of choice Your order will be with you before 6.00pm on your delivery day.
You can also place an order for a delivery day as far as in the future as you like.
Sadly we cannot deliver on Bank Holidays.
When is the order deadline?
We need you to place your order with us x days before it is scheduled for delivery.

Friday: Either the following Wednesday, Thursday or Friday by 6.00 p.m.
Saturday: Either the following Wednesday, Thursday or Friday by 6.00 p.m.
Sunday by 12.00 p.m: Either the following Wednesday, Thursday or Friday by 6.00 p.m.
Monday: The following Friday by 6.00 p.m.
Tuesday by 12.00 p.m.The following Friday by 6.00 p.m.
Wednesday: Either the following Wednesday, Thursday or Friday by 6.00 p.m.
Thursday: Either the following Wednesday, Thursday or Friday by 6.00 p.m.
How much is delivery?
For orders below £25.00, it’s £5.95
For orders between £75.00 and £25.00, it’s £4.95.
For orders above £75.00, delivery is free (other than Saturday delivery).
Do I need to be in when my order is delivered?
No, you don’t need to be in. Just let us know where you want the box left when you place your order. Somewhere safe would be good, a porch, shed or garage.
If you prefer, we can deliver it to you at work, just let us know.
Will I receive any delivery notification or tracking code?
You will receive a text and email notification on your delivery day giving you a 1 hour delivery time slot. This will also include a tracking number (consignment number) for convenience. You can get an update on your delivery time by simply going to https://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html and entering your tracking (consignment) number.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes you can by using our Click and Collect service. It’s free so you will save the cost of delivery. Call us to discuss pick up time.
