The skill of the farmer, the artisan butcher and the chef – yes, but at Green Farming we believe it all starts with the quality of the pasture, the animal welfare and the breed.
Our downland is ideal for our free-range sheep and cattle while the pigs forage mainly in woodland. Animals roaming outside are healthier and happier; they are working their bodies, burning fat which is better for us too.
