Pannage Pork


Our Saddleback pigs are easy to handle and cared for by our eldest son Oliver. Surrounded by woodland giving them both shelter and shade through the seasons. They’re always grazing, pannaging, and indulging on their patch just like you would expect pigs to do. And they love it when it's apple time!

The meat produces a traditional but wonderfully succulent texture and always luscious in flavour, enhanced by hanging the pork for longer.
