Llyen and Blue Texels 

Our grass-fed, quiet in nature Llyen's and Blue Texel's freely graze religiously on the flora around them. Reared slowly, our lamb, mutton, and hogget are feeding on the grasses, wildflowers, and herbs until they reached maturity, then hung on the bone for 7 days giving you a tender, sweet and intense flavour.
